This module aims to develop an up-to-date and informed understanding of inclusive practice within the early years. The focus of the module is on aspects of diversity, equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice. You will gain knowledge and understanding of relevant policies underpinning principles of inclusion and how to translate these into practice. You will learn how to provide opportunities to develop, implement and evaluate plans and activities to meet the diverse individual needs of children. The importance of working with the child alongside their families and multi-agency teams is an integral part of this module.
